Call for Presentations – Annual meeting of the American Anthropological Association – 18-22 November 2026 – St. Louis, Missouri.
This year at the AAA, our panels will bring together anthropologists and ethnographers focusing on the politics of financial sectors and devices across the postcolonial world. We will feature presentations on central bankers in Kenya, Thai data centers, Kashmiri bankers, Pan-African credit ratings, Peruvian catastrophe bonds, and Brazilian investment trusts. We’re excited to learn more about your work on related topics.
